Below, you’ll find some of our favorite go-to microwave meals that work perfectly for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even dessert. 5-Day Meal Plan

Monday: Air Fryer Brats + Instant Pot Green Beans ​

Tuesday: Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops + Wild Rice​

Wednesday: Air Fry Boneless Chicken Thighs + Corn on the Cob​

(Make a double batch of chicken, shred and store leftovers)
