I know how hectic weeknights can get, which is why I’ve put together a simple, family-friendly meal plan packed with delicious, easy-to-make meals. This week’s lineup includes an oven-baked burger, a hearty skillet meal, a savory pasta dish, and more—balanced, kid-approved, and stress-free!

Plus, I’m highlighting some of my favorite air fryer recipes that you can mix into this week’s meals or save for next week. The air fryer is one of my go-to kitchen tools for making quick, crispy, and healthier meals in minutes!

Air Fryer French Toast Sticks

Air fryer French toast sticks are simple to make and are easy for little hands to enjoy! Made with gluten-free bread combined with eggs, milk, and vanilla.

Air Fryer Broccolini

Air Fryer Broccolini is a tasty and nutritious vegetable that is a great way to get your kids to eat their greens, and it's super simple to prepare. When cooked in an air fryer, it becomes crispy and flavorful, making it an ideal side dish for any meal.

Air Fryer Jalapeno Poppers

Our air fryer jalapeno poppers are simply the best poppers around. Cream cheese is blended with sharp cheddar cheese and crushed red pepper then wrapped with bacon and air fried for 12 minutes.

Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp

Air fryer coconut shrimp is breaded and then air fried for perfectly crispy coconut shrimp that your family will love. Shrimp is coated in seasoned flour, dipped in egg, then coated in panko blended with sweetened coconut. It's coated with cooking spray and then air fried for just 10 minutes.
