This week marks a significant milestone for my family and me—we're dropping my son off for his first year of college. I'm incredibly proud of the young man he's becoming, but I can't help but reminisce about the early days of Create Kids Club when he was eager to join me in the kitchen and loved making recipe videos. As he grew, his priorities shifted, and time with friends gradually replaced our kitchen adventures. I'll always treasure those moments we shared, cooking side by side. While I know he's ready for this next chapter, I’m going to miss him, even down to packing his lunch every day! Now, my 16-year-old daughter will be getting all the attention (which she’s not too thrilled about!). I'll gladly take on the challenge of making her lunches, striving to find that perfect balance between healthy options and things she'll actually enjoy. I know that in just two short years, the lunchbox duties will come to an end. Kids grow up so fast. I hope you'll take a moment for an extra hug this school season—time flies by quicker than we realize.
